6. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan
and your device's data plan. The Boost Online LLC does not charge separately for SMS messages;
however, your carrier may charge for standard text messages or data usage.
Please contact your wireless carrier for details on your plan's rates for SMS messages.
Common carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, and others.
The Boost Online LLC is not responsible for any charges applied by your wireless carrier.

accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Key points regarding your phone number:
- We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
- Your number may be shared with our SMS technology providers solely to deliver messages on our behalf.
- We retain records of your consent and messaging history as required by TCPA regulations (minimum 4 years).
9. Changes to This Program
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the SMS messaging program at any time.
If we make material changes to these SMS Terms, we will notify enrolled users via
text message or by updating this page.
Your continued participation in the program after such notice constitutes acceptance
of the updated terms.
